The quotation tool states that it records the IP address and, where available, country of origin. Avoid including sensitive data or unnecessary information about others.

We use information to answer enquiries and prepare and manage quotations, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract where applicable. Security and abuse prevention may rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service, subject to an assessment of necessity and proportionality. We manage enquiries and requests through an internal CRM; we do not use an external CRM provider.
